How it works
One conversation, one flat fee, one finished document. Here is the full engagement from first message to recorded deed or executed trust.
Step 1
Tell us your situation
Start in the chat or the quote form, whichever is comfortable. Describe what is happening in plain language: a parent entering a nursing home, an estate that needs settling, a house you want to keep out of probate.
You do not need to know the name of the document. Telling us the situation is enough; matching it to the right instrument is our job, and if the document you asked for is not the one your state needs, we say so before anyone pays anything.
Step 2
Receive your flat-fee quote
A member of our team reviews your situation, confirms the document and the state, and sends a personal quote, usually the same day. The quote states one flat fee for the complete engagement: drafting, attorney review, and delivery with instructions.
There is no hourly billing, no retainer, and no surprise line items. If your situation has a deadline, a Medicaid application date or a scheduled admission, tell us and the timeline is built around it.
Step 3
A licensed attorney drafts your document
Your document is prepared by a licensed attorney working from your state's current statutes: the look-back rules, deed formalities, witness and notary requirements, and recording standards that apply where you live.
Before delivery, every document passes a second review by our legal review director for accuracy and state compliance. Two sets of legal eyes on every page.
Step 4
Sign, notarize, and record
You receive the finished document with plain-language instructions: who must sign, in what order, whether a notary or witnesses are required in your state, and where the document should be recorded or stored.
If a question comes up while you are signing, the chat stays open. You are not handed a PDF and left alone with it.
