Changed your mind after paying? If drafting has not started, you receive a full refund.
Free revisions
Revisions within the scope of your quote are free. Tell us what needs to change and we revise it.
7-day satisfaction guarantee
Not satisfied within 7 days of delivery? We revise until it is right, or refund the full price.
Our errors, fixed free
If a drafting error on our side ever surfaces, we correct it at no cost, with no time limit.
What is not covered
- Changes in scope after drafting begins, such as a different document, additional people or property, or new facts. We quote these separately before any extra charge.
- Fees paid to third parties, such as county recording fees, notary fees, or government filing fees.
- Decisions made by others, such as a Medicaid agency, a title company, or a court. Our fee covers preparing the document correctly, not a particular outcome.
How to request a refund or revision
Email support@legalquill.org from the address you used for your quote, name the document, and tell us what you need. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Card payments appear on your statement as LUNASTRIC, LLC, our payment processor.
